Booking terms & conditions

Payment policy

Tetrapolis will charge 50% of the booking value at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 21 days before the arrival.

All payments are in euro. Any bank charges are charged to the client.

Prices include basic services, VAT and others charges.

Before submitting the booking, the client accept all the terms and conditions regarding the reservation policy – cancellations – payments.

Cancellation policy

For any cancellation that takes place up to 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.

For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a cancellation penalty fee equal to 100% of the reservation.

In case of non-show or early departure 100% of the reservation will be charged.
