One week before arrival please inform the accommodation manager  the exact time of arrival at the port of Kea.

We advise customers to ensure timely delivery of their tickets with line ships, especially the weekends and peak periods.

Check in and check out, at 15:00 and 11:0. Hours may be modified depending on the timetable of the ship, provided that it is possible and in consultation with the manager of the accomodation.

Sub-lease is not allowed. Each villa is rented to specific persons. Other persons can be accomodated, provided that one of the registered tenants will be present.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning service and linen change provided every three (3) days for stayings more than 4 days. More frequent service is provided at an additional cost of 30€ each time upon guest request. Laundry facility in consultation with the manager of the accommodation.

Free – unlimited wifi all around the complex.
